How long have you been racing –  Started Kart racing in 1996 and have been competing in rallying since 2004

Kart Racing highlights -

1996 - 1998 British Karting Championships. Comer Cadet - qualified to reach A finals in all Super One rounds. Appeared on Sky TV Fastrac programme. Represented Scotland twice in Inter-nations Championships.

1999 - 2000 British Karting Championships. Formula Yamaha - Northern NKRA Champion 1999. Finished 3rd in British Championship. Won the Will Hoy hard Challenger Award at British Championship meeting.

2001 - 2002 British Super 4 Championships. Junior Gearbox - First time on a gearbox kart finished 3rd in the 1st round of the British Championship. Finished 3rd in first year in gearbox karting.

2002 - 2003 - competed in the 125 National Championship.

Ralling highlights

2004 - Attended one to one tuition with David Higgens in Wales. Competed in the Belmont Peugeot 205 Championship (class 3 - 1600). Won championship as well as 4 rounds outright. Won Scottish Junior Rally championship and finished 2nd in the Scottish Championship 1600 class. Attended John Haugland rally school in Norway

2005 - Hired a 2ltr 16 valve Vauxhall Astra for the Snowman Rally then bought an Evo IV before taking part in the British Championship stars of the future - finished 11th overall, 2nd in class. New co-driver - Kirsty Riddick for the Jim Clark Reivers Rally.

2006 - Off to a bad start retired on stage 1 of the snowman Rally and full engine rebuild required. Missed the Borders Rally due to engine rebuild. Scottish Rally plagued by punctures although engin doing well since re-buid. Jim Clark Reivers Rally - best finish ever with 4th overall.
